SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine; it can be used for the treatment of affective disorders selected from manic-depressive psychosis, cyclothymia, schizoaffective psychosis and caused by excessive alcohol consumption, consisting in that complex therapy is carried out. The method includes the use of antidepressants selected from amitriptyline, pirazidol, eglonyl, rispolept and a composition in capsules of 530 mg, at a daily dose of 8 capsules, starting from the first day of complex therapy, with the following content of components per 1 capsule: pure zinc – 2.5 mg, which is contained in zinc amino acid chelate with weight of 12.5 mg, glutamic acid – 185 mg, spiny eleuterococus root – 40 mg, vitamin B1 – 0.25 mg, succinic acid – 25 mg, spirulina – 57.45 mg, chlorella – 160 mg, zinziber rootstock – 45 mg, gingko biloba extract – 2.5 mg, E551 (anti-clodding agent) – 2.3 mg.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction in AAC and accompanying psychopathological symptoms.
