SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to power plant and aircraft engineering. Hybrid power plant comprises traction electric motors and pendulum-slide device of reactive detonation combustion, in MHD generator of which power is generated for power supply of traction motors. Disclosed invention with vertical take-off and landing, which combines the properties of multi-copter, hovercraft, ejector, convertible and aircraft of wide range of speeds, comprises a bearing body disc-shaped. Along disk edges there are three through holes, in which there installed are mechanisms of electric motors rotation. In the center of the body there is a cargo cabin, inside which there are fuel tanks and fuel supply systems for a hybrid power plant. Air compressors and pendulum-slide devices of reactive detonation combustion in hybrid power plant are fixed in lower part of bearing case.

EFFECT: creation of multifunctional hybrid aircraft of vertical take-off and landing.
