SUBSTANCE: method for well control of the state of the foundations of structures and rocks and soils containing them includes digital temperature sensors and a piezometric level. It also includes a device for collecting and transmitting data via a communication channel to a server for collecting, storing and evaluating information located remotely relative to the object. The method also includes the use of contactless communication methods. The method includes a stage at which, in case excess changes in the controlled parameters of objects, an alert signal is generated to the server for collecting, storing and evaluating information. With such a notification, the system switches to an emergency observation mode at intervals that allow predicting a further change in the state of the monitored object or environment.
EFFECT: increase in energy efficiency and an increase in the reliability of tracking with a fairly rapid change in the measured value in the danger mode.
