FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement equipment, in particular, to facilities for monitoring of technical condition of different structures, and may be used for current assessment and forecasting of safe operation of buildings and/or structures under possible unfavourable effects at the object. Assessment of the limit of the object material strength is performed indirectly via assessment of the elasticity modulus, using approximated empirical dependences between these values for analysed materials. At the same time elastic properties of the material are determined with the help of their selection in the design finite-element mathematical model to achievement of compliance of design dynamic characteristics, both in integral and in reference points of the object with similar external effects to similar experimental characteristics, which are determined on the basis of spectral analysis of seismic signals recorded on the investigated object in these points.
EFFECT: increased accuracy and expansion of application field.
