FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: mono-block portable elevator control unit contains a housing, a mounting plate made of sheet metal, configured so that it can be placed and fixed on its prepared sections: engine drive unit; a power source for electrical equipment such as transformers and/or SMPS; engine brake control components; a bunch of cables, some of which have electrical terminals prepared in advance, and some have open clamps; supports for lifting materials on the mounting plate; moreover, the control board unit and DIN mounting rails are placed and fixed on the supports, while the DIN mounting rails contain electrical equipment in form of fuses, contactors and relays, electrical connections in the form of electrical terminals, interconnecting boards, connectors/sockets and grounding buses.
EFFECT: technical result is to create a reliable and compact device.
