FIELD: electrical connector.
SUBSTANCE: for connecting an electrical cable, the device contains a fixed connector (4) and a connection terminal installed in the fixed connector (4). Connection terminal contains a conductive element, the main body (14) and a spring plate (12) adjusted to hold the electrical cable in contact with the conductive element. The main body (14) of the terminal is divided into two half-shells assembled together, and the fixed connector (4) defines the shell (40) housing the main part of each terminal. The conductive element is fixed in the shell (40) and includes a connecting component (104) holding the main body (14) in its shell (40) for the fixed connector (4) through elastic interaction with the deformable strip (140) of the main body (14).
EFFECT: ability to connect cables of a larger cross section while maintaining the standard dimensions of the device, as well as simplifying and speeding up connection operations.
