FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to instruments and methods for design piercing of various parts of the body. Object of the invention is configuring an instrument and a system for design piercing, which provide a simple, accurate, repeatable and safe piercing procedure. What is presented is a pin holder having on one of the ends a cylindrical hole used to hold a decorative element of the piercing pin. A wall of the cylindrical hole of the pin holder also comprises at least one wall hole meshed to a specific point on the decorative element of the pin. The pin holder provides the more stable effort to pin holding in the normal range of production tolerances, thereby achieving a reliability of the pin holding in manipulations and piercing and a comfortable detachment of the pin.

EFFECT: object of the invention is also a piercing instrument.
