FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to a method for monitoring and leveling the degree of charge of batteries in a battery pack (AKB), and may be used in a vehicle. The technical result of the invention is increasing the service life and safety of the battery due to timely diagnostic monitoring and leveling the degree of charge of the batteries, which is achieved due to the fact that the current switch switching unit performs serial switching of electrical leads from the anodes of the batteries of the n-th horizontal row of the battery pack with odd serial numbers with the j bus, and with even serial numbers with the g bus, wherein the control unit for switching the control devices of the current switches of the vertical rows sequentially supplies the supply voltage to the control devices of the current switches of the switching unit, and the current measuring and equalizing unit performs simultaneous active equalization according to current during overcharging and undercharging of the battery from a voltage-controlled converter through a limiting resistor, wherein the current measurement and equalization unit switches to the intensive active leveling mode with the help of a comparator and a microcontroller, which receives the measurement information, processes such information and controls the associated blocks as well as outputs information to the digital display unit. The digital display unit performs digital indication of serial numbers of batteries that have voltage and current problems, and additionally provides a two-coordinate raster image with the number of pixels equal to the number of batteries in the block.
EFFECT: increasing service life and safety of the battery due to timely diagnostic monitoring and leveling the degree of charge of the batteries.
