SUBSTANCE: device for equalizing the degree of charge of parallel-series connected batteries to be used in a vehicle, for example, a hybrid car or an electric car. The battery pack (100) is additionally equipped with a current switch unit (103) (CSW) for vertical rows of batteries with a total number of m, and the unit itself is equipped with a current switch control unit for vertical rows 120 (CSCW), while the device is equipped with tires j and g of outputs of current switches with odd and even serial numbers of the unit (103) (CSW) for measuring voltage proportional to the current of vertical odd and even rows of batteries 101, current measurement and equalization unit 400 (CMEU), comprising a rectifier (R), a pulse matching amplifier (PMA), four single-position normally open switches , pulse inverting (PI) and non-inverting (NI) voltage amplifiers, a comparator (C) , a voltage regulated converter (DC/DC), a low-voltage electronics power supply (LVEPS) and a limiting resistor (R401). In this case, the main effect of active equalization is provided by current in vertical rows, and voltage equalization in each horizontal row is provided mainly due to passive equalization through small resistances and active equalization in voltage and current.
EFFECT: increasing the service life of the battery pack by monitoring and equalizing current, voltage, internal resistance in the charging mode and power consumption.
