SUBSTANCE: described is a method for gene analysis based on shared memory, performed by a computer and comprising the steps of: reading sample data and pre-processing sample data, moreover, sample data is data generated or formed after gene sequencing of samples; performing gene analysis of the pre-processed sample data and determining whether a library file required for gene analysis is in the shared gene memory; if found, obtain the required library file from the shared gene memory, converting the desired library file into a gene analysis process of the pre-processed sample data, and performing gene analysis, the sample data contains a plurality of data groups, each data group has a corresponding sample process, each sample process is included in an area of shared gene memory to obtain the required library file. A corresponding device, a computer device, a computer-readable medium, is also described.

EFFECT: method can significantly reduce the I/O time and occupancy for loading a library file from a hard disk, therefore, the efficiency of the analysis can be improved.
