FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular biology. Described is an analysis method for gene sequencing, involving obtaining fragment data transmitted in real time from a sequencing platform, inputting fragment data into a storage device. Further, the data processing and analysis are executed by means of the encapsulation program call to obtain the corresponding analysis result, performing quality control of processing fragment data to obtain a quality control result, performing data processing on the quality control result to obtain a processing result. Then, analysis is performed by recognizing the processing result by calling a pre-installed recognition analysis program to obtain the final analysis result. Also described is an analysis device for sequencing genes for implementing the method.
EFFECT: elimination of technical disadvantages of the prior art, such as considerable time consumption for sequencing and low efficiency of transfer, which further lead to a relatively slow analysis process.
