SUBSTANCE: brass alloy contains, wt.% Cu 61-62, Pb 1.5-3, Fe≤0.4, Sn≤0.5, Al 0.1-0.2, Ni 0.2-0.5, Si≤0.07, Sb≤0.02, Bi≤ 0.003, P≤0.02, Zn - the rest, the amount of impurities is 0.2, while the alloy has a structure with a ratio of shares α-phase to β-phase from 60/40 to 70/30.
EFFECT: increased resistance to corrosion, in particular to dezincification, and increased ductility of the alloy.
