FIELD: polymer compositions.

SUBSTANCE: polymer compositions based on rubber and epoxy resin, which are used as a binder for adhesives. Epoxy-polymer composition as a binder for adhesives contains an epoxy-rubber binder and an amine or anhydride hardener. At the same time, the epoxy-rubber binder is obtained by alternating loading components of the epoxy resin and low molecular weight rubber with terminal carboxyl groups into a container while stirring and maintaining the temperature in the range from 100 to 230°C, after loading each component, mixing is performed for 10 minutes before loading the next component, after loading the last component, synthesis is performed for 0.5-30 hours, depending on the volume of the loaded components. Epoxy resin contains EDM-A epoxy diano resin with a mass fraction of epoxy groups from 20.0 to 23.0% by weight and a plasticizer brand DEG-1 in the form of an epoxy aliphatic resin with a mass fraction of epoxy groups of not more than 26% by weight, and low molecular weight rubber with terminal carboxyl groups is a low molecular weight isoprene rubber containing terminal carboxyl groups in an amount of from 1 to 51% by weight, where the epoxy-rubber binder was obtained containing the following components, in parts by weight: epoxy resin 5-100, low molecular weight rubber 100-5.

EFFECT: increase of performance of epoxy polymer compositions, expressed in a decrease in fragility and an increase in the elasticity and strength of these compositions, while the composition is cured with hardeners using methods standard for epoxy compositions.
