SUBSTANCE: method for aging distilling materials constituting at least a part of the distilling material of a distilling article is disclosed, comprising the following steps: preparing an oak barrel and distilling materials, laying distilling materials in the inner space of an oak barrel, and hermetically closing the oak barrel for aging distilling materials. At the same time, the preparation of an oak barrel contains the following steps: pouring wine or brandy into an oak barrel; hermetically sealing an oak barrel filled with wine or brandy to store the oak barrel for a predetermined period of time - one or two weeks; and the removal of the wine or brandy remaining in the oak barrel after a predetermined period of one or two weeks.

EFFECT: improving the quality of flavoring components of distilling materials while simultaneously improving the taste of tobacco and reducing the time and costs required for aging distilling materials.
