SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat patients with early forms of osteonecrosis. Long-term epidural analgesia is performed using a catheter installed in the lumbar spine, through which a drug mixture of 0.2% naropin solution with adrenaline 0.2 μg/ml is injected at a rate of 4 ml/h. The duration of the first course is 8 days, of the second course is 7 days, with an intermediate 12-week vascular therapy including the use of an anticoagulant, venotonic and muscle relaxant. After the first course of prolonged epidural analgesia, the patient is recommended daily water aerobics, and after the second course, weight-bearing of the diseased limb and physiotherapy exercises are used. Courses of prolonged epidural analgesia are recommended to the patient after 6 months, and from the second year of treatment — annually.

EFFECT: method provides interruption of the pathological process until the collapse of the cartilage tissue of the femoral head by affecting the pain syndrome, arterial and venous components of the joint blood supply against the background of the patient's continued physical activity by blocking the sympathetic nervous system in the area of the affected joint, improving its blood supply, increasing the tone of the venous vessels and reduction of characteristic venous stasis.
