FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for operative treatment of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head. Under the control of an electro-optical converter (EOC), a plug bone block is drilled along the marker pin. Tunnelisation of the proximal femur to the subchondral part of the femoral head is then performed along the marker pin. After removing the drill, osteoplasty of the formed tunnel is performed using the plug bone block. A puncture needle is then inserted into the resulting tunnel through the plug bone block and autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is injected through said needle in an amount of 4 to 6 ml.
EFFECT: provides an increase in the effectiveness of treatment by decreasing the intraosseous pressure and affecting the pathophysiological pathogenesis components of aseptic necrosis due to the combination of techniques according to the claimed invention.
