SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to anaesthesiology, traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in postoperative anesthesia in patients after hip replacement. Method involves the prolonged infiltration of the endoprosthesis installation area with 0.2 % solution of ropivacaine hydrochloride using a microinfusion disposable pump, with a constant introduction rate of 8 ml/h for 24 hours after the operation. First catheter is inserted into a joint cavity. After suturing the wide fasciasis of the femur, the second catheter is placed in the epifascial space of the operative region. Before suturing the hip joint capsule, one-stage circular infiltration of its fibrous layer with 30 ml 0.2 % solution of ropivacaine hydrochloride. After reinsertion of the cut off tendons of the gluteus medius and gluteus muscles, one-stage infiltration of the reinsertion region of tendons with 30 ml 0.2 % solution of ropivacaine hydrochloride is performed.

EFFECT: method provides higher effectiveness of postoperative anesthesia with preserving the possibility of safe early motor activation and verticalization in the patients with hip replacement due to the use of postoperative prolonged anesthesia in the surgical intervention.
