FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: composite material, in particular for use in aviation, includes first preliminary impregnated layer (2) having a matrix based on thermoplastic resin (3), reinforced with unidirectional fibers (4) for impart to first layer (2) of set mechanical properties; second layer (6, 6’) of magnetic field-reinforcing material, applied to face (5) of specified first layer (2) and connected to first layer (2) along specified face (5). Moreover, specified second layer (6, 6’) contains electroconductive fibers (7), preferably of carbon, dissipated in second layer (6, 6’) in at least two directions with different positions, for facilitation to local heating with electromagnetic induction; wherein specified first and second layers (2; 6, 6’) connected together define plate (L, L’) of easily heated composite material. At the same time, in a direction orthogonal to specified face (5), specified second layer (6, 6’) has thickness (S2) between 1/10 and 1/100 of thickness (S1) of specified first layer (2) for implementation of specified plate (L, L’) suitable for use and connection at place to another specified plate (L, L’) of the same type with electromagnetic induction.
EFFECT: optimization of temperature distribution through a connection thickness.
