FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manual transmissions and is used primarily on front-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive rear-engine passenger vehicles. The invention relates to mechanical transmissions. The gearbox comprises a speed control device, a flywheel with a friction lining and gears mounted one after another on the secondary shaft, between which springs are placed. The speed control device is a hydraulic cylinder, the rod of which pushes the flywheel. The output shaft gears are combined into blocks, each of which is a planetary mechanism comprising the first and second gears with friction linings, between which a carrier with satellites is placed. The teeth of the satellites are in engagement with the teeth of the gears. In this case, the second gear rotates around the first. A synchronizer is installed between the ends of the gears. The first gear is equipped with an overrunning mechanism and a bushing. The bushing is connected through the splines to the secondary shaft. The first gear is equipped with an overrunning mechanism and a bushing, while the flywheel and gears of the gear unit can simultaneously rotate around the output shaft and slide along it, with the exception of the carrier, which is attached to the housing and only slides along it and the output shaft without rotating.
EFFECT: simplification of the gearbox design.
