FIELD: gearboxes.
SUBSTANCE: manual gearbox comprises a housing, primary and secondary shafts, drive and idle gears, a flywheel gear, friction and overrunning clutches. The drive gears are placed on the intermediate shaft with the ability to be moved along it, and the idle gears with overrunning clutches are rigidly mounted on the secondary shaft, with the drive and idle gears being in constant mesh.
EFFECT: design of the transmission is simplified and its efficiency is increased.
