SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring technology. The stationary system for measuring the vibration parameters of the contact rings of the brush-contact apparatus of the turbogenerator includes an absolute vibration measurement sensor, a brush holder, a dielectric rod, a stop, a pressure spring and recording equipment, the body of the absolute vibration measurement sensor is made with a dielectric coating, the dielectric rod is placed inside the pressure spring interacting with stop, made with the possibility of transferring the pressing force from the pressure spring to the brush, the absolute vibration measurement sensor is located at the opposite end of the dielectric rod and connected to the recording equipment, including the vibration parameters processing unit, software and configured for automatic analysis, as well as outputting diagnostic results, predicting the period of trouble-free operation and providing recommendations for further operation.

EFFECT: reduction in the number of unplanned shutdowns of the turbogenerator due to obtaining accurate data on the vibration state of the brush-contact assembly during operation.
