FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: integrated commutator machine includes an inductor and a rotating armature with a core, in the tooth-groove zone of which active conductors of a two-layer wave winding are located in the grooves, and insulated frontal conductors are located in the end ones. The connection points of the frontal conductors with active conductors are located at the edges of the end surface of the tooth-groove zone of the armature and have a cross-sectional area less than the cross-sectional area of the connected active conductors by two or more times. Part of the surface of each end conductor is made in the form of a contact section of the current collection unit, and the surfaces of these sections together form a flat sliding contact surface. The front winding conductors are separated from the end surface of the armature core by a gap.
EFFECT: reducing the length and improving the cooling of the armature of the collector machine.
