FIELD: bioengineered tissues.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the polymerization of bioengineered tissues. The method for polymerization of a polymerizable object includes irradiating the object 4 with a wave with a carrier frequency in the optical range of a rectangular pulse with a flat wave front. In this case, polymerization is carried out by irradiation with a laser 1 through a phase transparency 3, the structure of which is determined by the hologram of the polymerized object, formed on the basis of a mathematical model using points that fill its volume and located at a distance of 0.3-1.0 λ, where λ is the length of the radiated by the laser waves, the totality of which is subjected to the Fresnel transformation.
EFFECT: improving the quality of polymerization while reducing the time of its implementation.
