SUBSTANCE: method for creating a prepolymerization morphogenetic matrix includes the following steps: biocompatible photocurable thermosensitive hydrogels with a controlled phase transition temperature are taken, covalently include solubilized functionally important glycoproteins and glycosaminoglycans of selected biological tissues in their chemical composition, imitating the functions of native organ extracellular matrices by means of additive 3D printing on a heated substrate microdrops of hydrogels used as bioink are placed in the projections of the future location of specific elements of cytoarchitectonics creating a mosaic multimaterial opaque or translucent volume according to a given digital three-dimensional model, the formed volume is enclosed by side walls, cooled to a temperature below the lower critical temperature solution.
EFFECT: creation of a prepolymerization morphogenetic matrix by additive methods for use as a multimaterial blank for subsequent volumetric initiation of photopolymerization.
