FIELD: metalworking and processing of inserts of a thrust bearing on a screw-cutting lathe during repair and restoration work.
SUBSTANCE: The apparatus contains a housing with landing beds for placing the processed inserts, which is made in the form of a steel drum with dimensional parameters corresponding to the bearing, and two landing beds are made on the inner surface of the drum. In addition, it contains fasteners located in the housing in the form of pins, bolts and studs with nuts, and the pins are designed to be placed in the holes of the processed inserts when they are installed in the landing beds, and the mentioned bolts and studs with nuts are installed in the walls of the drum with the possibility of fixing the pins.
EFFECT: The present invention enables to increase productivity, as well as the accuracy and quality of processing inserts.
