FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: fixing food products on an inedible support element for their subsequent storage used in the manufacture of edible bouquets. The support element is used as a container for storing edible buds. The supporting element consists of a bowl with inclined sides and a handle connected to the bowl. The bottom of the bowl is made concave and provided with a fastener for connection with the handle. The connection of the handle with the bowl is made detachable. The bowl is additionally equipped with a lid.
EFFECT: simplification of the design of the bouquet support element, reduction of the time for its manufacture and maintaining the integrity of the buds during bouquet transportation and storage.
