FIELD: micromechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to micromechanical vibration-type gyroscopes and circuits for adjusting parameters of oscillatory circuits of the suspension in these gyroscopes. A method for setting up a vibration angular velocity sensor (AVS), in which the resonant frequencies are first measured, marking them along the axes, then the frequency difference is calculated, then the weight is removed. In addition, before removing the weights, the angle of the axis with the lowest resonant frequency is calculated, then the calculated angle is plotted on the surface of the ring, the segment of the ring is determined on which the weights will be removed, after removing the weights in one segment, an angle of 90° is laid off in a counter clockwise direction, then the weights are removed, an angle of 90° is again laid off, then the weights are removed, an angle of 90° is again laid off, then the weights are removed, then the resonant frequencies are re-measured. Moreover, the operations for calculating the difference in frequency, calculating the angle of the axis with the lowest resonant frequency, determining the segment of the ring on which the weight will be removed, and also for removing the weight in each segment of the ring are repeated cycle after cycle until the difference in frequency is reached, equal to 0.01 Hz.
EFFECT: increased productivity and balancing accuracy, as well as a simplification of the method for determining and removing the unbalanced weight of the annular sensitive element of the vibration AVS.
