FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: sensor comprises two rectangular frames and outer frame (1) and inner frame (4) that are interconnected by means of rigid cross-pieces (2) arranged along the axes of symmetry of the sensor. Each of the pair of the sides of frame (1) and frame (4) are interconnected through cross-piece (2). Four areas (5) are arranged in the corners of outer frame (1) for permitting it to be connected with the unmovable base. Frame (4) receives movable masses (3) connected with inner frame (4) and center (7) by means of flexible L-shaped suspensions (9). Center (7) is connected with frame (4) via rigid members (8).

EFFECT: enhanced precision and reduced labor consumption for manufacturing the sensor.
