SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of glove boxes designed to work with materials in an environment of high purity inert gases (oxygen and moisture impurities less than 50 ppm). The method of absorber regeneration in the gas purification system of the glove box using a circulating purification system by passing gas through a container with an absorber is characterized by the fact that the container with the absorber is vacuum treated, and then a cyclic alternation of stages is used: supply of regeneration gas to the container with absorber, holding the absorber in the environment of regeneration gas, evacuation of the container with the absorber, holding the absorber at reduced pressure, while the regeneration process starts and ends at any of the stages, and if the cycle is completed at the stage of evacuation or holding the absorber at reduced pressure, then after connecting the container with the absorber to the volume being cleaned, the container with the absorber is filled with gas from the volume to be cleaned - a glove box or a system of boxes, and if the cycle is completed at the stage of supplying regeneration gas or keeping the absorber in the regeneration gas environment, then the regeneration gas in the container with the absorber is mixed with the gas to be purified.
EFFECT: more complete and faster recovery of the absorber with lower gas consumption, simplification of the process of automating the control of the regeneration process.
