FIELD: industrial and domestic waste disposal.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for the disposal of industrial and domestic waste. The waste disposal plant contains a thermoreactor with a grate, an afterburner, a vortex chamber, a heat exchanger, a receiver rigidly connected in series relative to each other. The thermoreactor, afterburner, vortex chamber, heat exchanger, receiver are rigidly fixed relative to the rigid frame. The outlet of the thermoreactor is made in its under-grate zone, communicated with the inlet of the afterburner, the outlet of which is in communication with the inlet of the vortex chamber, the outlet of which is in communication with the inlet of the heat exchanger, the outlet of the heat exchanger is in communication with the inlet of the receiver, the first outlet of which is in communication with the under-grate zone of the thermoreactor, the second outlet of the receiver is in communication with zone of the fluidized bed of the thermoreactor, located above the grate. The thermoreactor in the upper part is configured to communicate with the waste loading device. In the under-grate zone of the thermoreactor, the destruction of combustion gases is ensured at a temperature of 1400 ± 50°C and at a pressure of 0.02 - 0.08 MPa. The receiver and the afterburner are located between the thermoreactor and the vortex chamber. The plant is equipped with a pyrolysis gas smoke exhauster, connected on the one hand by means of a pyrolysis gas collector with the over-grate zone of the thermoreactor, and on the other hand with an afterburner.
EFFECT: increasing productivity and simplifying the design of a waste disposal plant while ensuring the environmental friendliness of the recycling process, reducing the overall dimensions of the plant, expanding its functionality, ensuring the disposal of industrial and domestic waste with the proper quality.
