FIELD: waste treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for combustible industrial and household waste disposal, including combustible low-calorie waste. The installation for the disposal of combustible waste contains a thermal reactor connected in the upper part with a waste loading hopper, which is functionally vertically divided into a loading zone into which combustible waste to be disposed of enters, a fluidized bed zone located below the loading zone, in which the combustion process is carried out by mixing fuel and oxidizer, in the lower part of the fluidized bed zone there is a furnace grate for retaining combustible material, a combustion zone located below the fluidized bed zone, designed for the destruction of combustion gases. The combustion zone is also designed to collect ash/slag in its lower part and is equipped with a device for removing ash/slag, a heat exchanger with a vortex chamber connected by a flue with a thermal reactor. The vortex chamber is located between the thermal reactor and the heat exchanger and is communicated with them by means of a flue. The heat exchanger with a vortex chamber is placed in a separate chamber of the heat exchanger and fixed relative to it. The housing of the heat exchanger is made with the first through channel through which the internal cavity of the heat exchanger is communicated by means of a flue with a smoke sucker operating on the principle of a reverse thrust furnace. The output of the smoke sucker is communicated through a scrubber with an ash collection tank located below the smoke sucker. A second through channel is made in the heat exchanger housing, through which the inner cavity of the heat exchanger is connected to a fan designed to pump air into the inner cavity of the heat exchanger by means of an air duct. A third through channel is made in the heat exchanger housing, through which the possibility of periodic partial discharge of hot gas to the outside is provided by means of an air duct. The first through channel is made on the side surface of the heat exchanger, while the smoke sucker, fan, scrubber are placed above the heat exchanger chamber and rigidly fixed relative to it. The loading hopper is located above the thermal reactor and is rigidly fixed relative to it. The thermal reactor is rigidly connected to the first side of the heat exchanger chamber, the smoke sucker placed above the heat exchanger chamber is installed near the second side of the heat exchanger chamber opposite to the first side. The air duct, which provides the possibility of partial discharge of hot gas to the outside, is brought out of the third side of the heat exchanger chamber and directed downward, covering the third side of the heat exchanger chamber, the destruction of combustion gases is ensured in the combustion zone.
EFFECT: increase in the environmental friendliness of the installation for the disposal of combustible waste, an increase in the productivity of the installation, simplification of the design, expansion of functionality.
