FIELD: electric heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems of the so-called "warm floor", and can be used to create mobile heating devices for heating and drying. The mobile heater includes a heating panel and an electrical cable connected to it for connection to the power supply network, made in the form of a solid plate with the following items attached to it with the help of an electrical insulating compound: a solid sealed hollow frame, a heating cable, a metal mesh, thermostats and (or) temperature sensors. In this case, the reflective thermal insulation and the bottom panel are made removable, and the electrical wiring is placed in the frame cavity.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency, safety and reliability of the heater.
