FIELD: analytical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of sorption concentration and separation of non-polar substances such as phosphatidylcholine andα -tocopherol, for their subsequent determination in plant samples, pharmaceutical preparations. A method for the separation of phosphatidylcholine andα -tocopherol with a mesoporous sorbent which includes passing a binary solution of sorbates through a chromatographic column filled with a sorbent, characterized in that the chromatographic column is filled with a mesoporous sorbent MkPh, synthesized in the presence of phosphatidylcholine, at a molar ratio of components 132.06H2O:1.33NH3:1.0TEOS:0.11 CTABr:0.011 phosphatidylcholine, for separation of phosphatidylcholine andα -tocopherol sorbent is fractionated to a particle size of 0.1–0.25 mm, the height of the sorbent layer is 3 cm, the column diameter is 0.5 cm, a hexane binary solution of phosphatidylcholine is passed through the chromatographic column andα -tocopherol with concentrations of 2.0⋅10-3 mol/dm3, the flow rate of the solution is 0.5 cm3/min, the separation is carried out at 25°C, the solution is passed until the concentration of the eluate is equal to the concentration of the original solution.
EFFECT: invention provides a method for the separation of phosphatidylcholine andα -tocopherol with a mesoporous sorbent, characterized by an increase in the efficiency of the chromatographic separation of phosphatidylcholine andα -tocopherol from hexane solutions on silica synthesized by the template method in the presence of phosphatidylcholine by 20–30 times compared with classical silica gel and 1.3 times with mesoporous material synthesized without the addition of phosphatidylcholine.
