FIELD: production of mineral wool.

SUBSTANCE: circular spray device for spraying an adhesive composition onto mineral fibres containing at least one distribution circuit of said adhesive composition and at least one spray nozzle the liquid medium of which is connected with the distribution circuit which is located on the perimeter of the circular spray device for spraying the adhesive composition onto the fibres. The spray nozzle contains a spray head with a rectangular cross section slot for the formation of a flat jet of the adhesive. Additionally, the device contains a plurality of spray nozzles distributed along the perimeter of the circular spray device, and the rectangular section slot of at least one spray nozzle is located so that the longer side of the rectangle forming the said slot runs parallel to the plane of rotation of the circular spray device. A unit for producing mineral wool and a method for producing mineral wool are also disclosed.

EFFECT: technical result is to ensure the distribution of the adhesive on the fibres.
