FIELD: polymer composites.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a production line for the manufacture of continuous bent polymer composite rods. The technical result is to increase the strength of manufactured connecting products. The technical result is achieved by a technological line for the manufacture of continuous curved polymer composite rods, which contains a creel with rovings, an impregnating bath, a wringer, a winding unit, a bundle laying unit, equipped with a unit for reciprocating the bundle in a plane perpendicular to its movement, and associated with the device forming a curved rod, which is a conveyor with grippers mounted on it, on which a curing oven is mounted. At the same time, the moulding device contains a device for removing a continuous curved polymer composite rod. Moreover, between the creel with rovings and the impregnating bath, made with heating, there is a device for tensioning and drying the roving threads. Between the winding unit and the bundle laying unit there is an oven for preheating the bundle. Carriage of bundle laying unit is made with at least one guide hole. The moulding device further comprises a gripper heating device and a cured composite rod cooling device. The conveyor is made in the form of one central chain moving in the chute, on which brackets with grippers mounted on them are installed, there is also a control panel.

EFFECT: increase in the strength of manufactured connecting products.
