FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for manufacturing curved polymeric composite rods, used as connection elements in three-layered enclosing structures, and to a device for their manufacture. Production line for production of continuous curved polymeric composite rods contains a creel with rovings, impregnating bath, squeezing device, winding unit, bundling unit, curved rod forming device. In this case, the bundling unit device is provided with a unit for reciprocating the bundle in a plane perpendicular to its movement, and is associated with a rod forming device, which is a conveyor with grippers mounted thereon, on which a curing oven for a continuous curved polymeric composite rod is additionally installed. Reciprocating unit is designed as a linear displacement device, consisting a carriage with two rollers located opposite each other. In this case, the conveyor is made in the form of an endless conveyor with 2 parallel chains in the same plane, located inside the gutters and equipped with grippers, which are figured rollers with grooves located in one plane. Method for manufacturing continuous curved polymeric composite rods is characterized by fact that roving is wound up from a creel, it is impregnated with compound in the impregnating bath and squeezed out the excess compound in the squeezing device. Then the resulting bundle is sent to the winding unit and then to the bundling unit device. It is fed to the grippers of the conveyor of the forming unit, forming a curved configuration of the bundle. Then, it is conveyed to the curing oven using the conveyor. Cured, curved polymeric composite rod is wound onto a winding device, or cut into dimensional pieces.
EFFECT: technical result of the group of inventions is automation of the manufacturing process of continuous curved rods from a composite material due to construction of a line for this purpose.
