METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING AN ANTENNA SYSTEM WITH A VARIABLE ANGLE OF THE LINEAR POLARIZATION PLANE Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC H01Q21/24 H01Q21/29 H01Q3/26

Abstract RU 2793230 C1

FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna technology for mobile ground stations for satellite communications with linear signal polarization. A method is proposed in which a flat antenna array is formed from circular polarization emitters, each of which contains a pair of crossed vibrators, the antenna array is made in the form of an array of antenna lines from circular polarization emitters installed horizontally next to each other close-by with their long sides, the first arms of the first and the second vibrators of each emitter on one side of the printed circuit board connect the first arms of the first and second vibrators with a printed jumper of length λ/4, where λ is the wavelength of the middle of the operating frequency range. The second arms of the first and second vibrators of each emitter are made on the other side of the printed circuit board, the second arms of the first and second vibrators of each emitter are connected with a printed jumper of length λ/4 and represent the first and second shoulders of the first and second triangular vibrators. A polarizer is installed above the antenna array parallel to its plane in the form of an antenna array of a through type, whereas circular polarization emitters are installed on the lower plane of the polarizer, the design of which is similar to the antenna array emitters.

EFFECT: independence of the polarization decoupling of the antenna system from the angle of rotation of the signal polarization plane.
