FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: prevention of birds from landing on the elements of power lines and their nesting, in particular on the traverses of power poles. The bird-scaring equipment consists of a base, a module and rods mounted at one end on the module. Tips are made at opposite ends of the rods, and the base is made in the form of a metal strip with holes, on which the module is fixed, with the possibility of rotation. At a distance from the module on the base there is a mounting device, and the module does not exceed the overall dimensions of the mounting device. The rods on the module are located in the same plane. An additional fastening element for installation of additional equipment is made on the base.
EFFECT: ensuring the versatility and simplicity of the device design with the possibility of using it on various elements of a power pole and installing additional equipment.
