SUBSTANCE: claimed solution relates to the control unit of a high-speed hydraulic distributor used as part of the equipment of the hydraulic circuit of the servo drive with high response rates of the hydraulic system with an electromechanical spool drive, a programmable microcontroller and a digital feedback sensor for a control pulse. The regulator assembly of a high-speed hydraulic distributor with a program-controlled spool with an electromechanical drive has windows, and their flow characteristics depend on the profile of the window, while the hydraulic cylinder cavities are in the zone of equal high pressure, the piston moves when a pressure difference is created in the cavities, the outlet pressure is controlled regulatory assembly, moreover, the regulatory assembly consists of two hermetically pressed plates with windows: distribution plate fixed (1), which is a regulator and contains windows of pressure lines ("P") and windows of drain lines ("T"), and a regulatory plate (2), which is a spool and having windows (A, B), which moves along the plate with the help of an electromechanical drive controlled by a microcontroller based on data from a digital feedback sensor, the processes of pressure reduction in the cavities of the hydraulic cylinder are inversely proportional and synchronous, since the regulator windows are located in one moving part, in this case, the determination of the exact scenario of the operation of the controlled hydraulic drive occurs due to the geometry of the area formed by the intersection of the throughput windows of the regulator and the spool, which is responsible for the nature of the development of the flow rate of the hydraulic flow.

EFFECT: control of high power servo hydraulic drive with high speed of response to the control signal and high sensitivity.
