FIELD: programming.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of control and programming of changing/maintaining the functional parameters of the hydraulic system, including in automatic mode, due to digital control of the speed and direction of the hydraulic fluid flow with a given accuracy in all hydraulic circuits. The device of a digital hydraulic system with direct digital control contains a hardware-software complex of a regulatory type for direct control and programming of changing and maintaining the functional parameters of the hydraulic system, including in automatic mode, due to digital control of the speed and direction of the hydraulic fluid flow with a given accuracy in all circuits hydraulic systems, while the digital hydraulic control unit (HSC DHCU) contains interconnected hydraulic elements: a hydraulic pump, hydraulic motors, a digital proportion valve (DPV), while the HSC DHCU includes: a digital proportion valve, consisting of a housing, hydraulic, electro-mechanical, switching part, a software-processor unit, including: a processor part, a switching part, software for controlling the hydraulic system, including a hydraulic system control interface, a digital switching unit (DSU) for direct digital connection to the DHCU of hydraulic pumps, a digital feedback unit (DFU) for each channel of the hydraulic system, remote control panel, sensor system; at the same time, the DPV consists of the following functional interconnected parts: structural part and housing, hydraulic, electro-mechanical part, software-processor part, communication-switching part.
EFFECT: ensuring high accuracy and speed of control, avoiding the use of hydraulic control and compensation parts in the design of hydraulic units, ensuring a significant reduction in the volume of precision metalworking: from 70 to 15 percent per unit of production, as well as increasing the overall reliability of the control system due to its simplification.
