FIELD: training fine motor skills.
SUBSTANCE: folding exercise table and a method for training fine motor skills by user using the exercise table. Folding exercise table contains a frame on which the tabletop is movably fixed. The frame is U-shaped. The side portions of the frame contain means for adjusting position of the table top, while the intermediate portion of the frame provides support for the user's feet. The front side of the tabletop provides support to the front side of the user's upper body.
EFFECT: simplifying the design with a concurrent improvement in the weight and size characteristics of the exercise table and reducing the risk of discomfort for the user during operation of the exercise table.
