FIELD: automotive pneumatic tires of radial design.
SUBSTANCE: maximum allowable operating speed of the tires is more than 190 km/h (speed category H, V, W and more). The pneumatic tire consists of a tread, a carcass made of textile cords, sidewalls, bead rings, a rubberized breaker bracelet consisting of two layers of rubberized metal cord and one to two shielding layers consisting of non-rubberized adhesive material. At the same time, the tire is distinguished by formation of a non-rubberized adhesive material from pre-impregnated and heat-treated double cord strands of structure 0.23 PA 6.6 in the weft and 2800/1 PA 6.6 in the base. Thickness of impregnated thread is 0.81±0.05 mm. Tensile strength of the fabric strip on the warp is no less than 550 daN/27 threads. Number of thread twists is 110±20 turns per 1 m with Z-type twist direction. Elongation of a strip of fabric along the warp is 3.0±1.2% at 80 daN and 18.0±3.0% at break. The adhesiveness is not less than 6.5 N/25cm2. The bonding strength of the cord thread with the production rubber compound is no less than 14 daN/2.5 cm.
