FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive tires with shielding layer from textile cord and method of their production. Pneumatic tire comprises shielding breaker layer made from material not coated with rubber but coated with the substance sticky to rubber. Note here that textile material is composed of band formed by single twisted threads glued to weft threads and coated with the substance sticky to rubber.
EFFECT: higher stability of high-speed tire breaker and tire durability, simplified production.
