FIELD: automotive pneumatic tires of radial design.
SUBSTANCE: maximum allowable operating speed of the tires is not more than 190 km/h (speed category ≤Т). The tire consists of a tread, a carcass made of textile cords, sidewalls, bead rings, a rubberized breaker bracelet consisting of two layers of rubberized metal cord and one to two shielding layers consisting of non-rubberized adhesive material. The tire is distinguished by the formation of a non-rubberized adhesive material from pre-impregnated and heat-treated double cords of structure 1/940 PA 6.6 in weft and warp, with an impregnated thread thickness of 0.55±0.03 mm, breaking load of a strip of fabric over the base of at least 365 daN/28 threads, number of thread twists 200±30 turns per 1 m with “Z” twist direction, with fabric strip lengthening along the warp 7.7±1.8% at the load of 80 daN, a stickiness level of at least 5 N/25 cm2 and a bond strength of the cord thread with the production rubber compound of at least 14 daN/2.5 cm.
