FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to development of container-type cabinets adapted to accommodate high-power electronic equipment, and can be used to accommodate server equipment. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that all the walls of the cabinet body are made with sheathing of heat and sound insulating material. The entire volume of the cabinet is divided by a horizontal partition into two spaces that are heat and sound insulated from each other, in the lower of which electronic units of increased power are placed, in the upper space there are fans supplying air flow from the external air to the lower space. Heated air from high-power electronic units is discharged directly outside the housing walls through a rectangular soundproof pipe, individual for each electronic unit.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of cooling of electronic units of increased power and creation of high environmental safety in terms of noise.
