SUBSTANCE: device includes a frame with working bodies installed on it in the form of a vertical rack with an attached chisel in the lower part and a movable deformer in the form of a plate connected to the rear edge of the rack. There are press wheels from the sides in the front part of the vertical rack mounted movably on the lower axis of the rear link of the articulated-lever mechanism; its upper link is attached to the frame, while the deformation zone of the press wheels does not extend beyond the front edge of the formed shaft of deformable soil from the chisel, in addition , a tension spring with a pretensioner is installed inside the hinged-lever mechanism, the end of which is fixed to the lower axis of the rear link, and the free end of the tension spring to the upper axis of the front link.
EFFECT: reduced soil erosion processes by increasing the stability of the gap formed in the soil.
