FIELD: agricultural engineering; soil working implements for erosion control. SUBSTANCE: soil slitter has post cutting edge, bar point on lower section of post and slit wall deforming member arranged in rear part of post. Deforming member is made in form of compression spring with diameter exceeding thickness of post. Coils of spring are arranged in holes of post. Axes of holes are located equidistantly relative to rear cut of post. Coils of spring are fixed by cylindrical pins provided with toroidal groove. Pitch of holes on rear cut of post is 1.05-1.10 times less than pitch of compression spring coils. Slit wall deforming member can be mounted on upper, middle or lower rear inclined cut of post.
