FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to assess the risk of formation of anti-HLA antibodies during transfusion of blood components. A comprehensive study of the alleles of the HLA gene loci DRB1, DQA1, DQB1 in recipients is carried out. When the HLA-DRB1*04-DQA1*03:01-DQB1*03:02 haplotype is detected in the genotypes of recipients, a risk of formation of anti-HLA antibodies is assessed as high. When HLA haplotype DRB1*16-DQA1*01:02-DQB1*05:02 is detected in the genotypes of recipients, a risk of formation of anti-HLA antibodies is assessed as low.
EFFECT: effective assessment of the risk of formation of anti-HLA antibodies during transfusion of blood components by identifying predisposing haplotypes of HLA-DR and DQ genes in recipients.
