DNA is separated from lymphocytes of peripheral venous blood by method of chain reaction of DNA synthesis, genotyping is performed by polymorphic locus 252A/G of class III LTA HLA gene If genotype *A/*G is found in Tatars and genotype *G/*G is found in Russians, risk of type 1 SD development in the examined person ispredicted.
EFFECT: method ensures obtaining of accurate, objective prognosis of disease development.
