FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical technology of sealants and filling compounds, and namely to an epoxide compound intended for use in production of electroacoustic piezoelectric transducers of ultrasonic gas flow meters. Epoxy compound for pouring of matching layer of electroacoustic piezoelectric transducers includes the following components at their ratio in pts.wt: 100 of epoxy diane resin ED-20, 5–10 of epoxy aliphatic resin DEG-1, 12–18 aliphatic amine curing agent, 0.5–2 polydienurethane di-epoxide, 12–30 of phenyl-isocyanate, 8–20 of glycidol, 3–10 of xylene, 10–30 of cyclohexanone, 12–35 of hollow glass microspheres.
EFFECT: invention reduces acoustic resistance of a matching layer of electroacoustic piezoelectric converters of ultrasonic gas flow meters and increases their sensitivity.
